Highway & Government Buildings Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Write Purchase Orders & match copies daily Maintain Informational Binders Update and Maintain the I-Worq Vehicle Maintenance Program for all Town Vehicles Maintain Binders for Vehicle Repairs for all Town Offices and Expenditure Reports Order office & highway supplies as needed Submit payroll to town office Make Copies as needed Review mail daily and match invoices to Purchase Orders Post and Schedule Job Interviews as needed Answer Phones; Send/Receive Faxes Set up Training & Certifications as needed for Public Works, Transfer Station & Grounds Crew with State Process FEMA Spreadsheets & Review with FEMA Representatives as needed Track Snow Storm Sheets & Process Daily in Excel Type Memos Log Complaints called in to the office from residents & review with Public Works/Supervisor in addressing their road issues or concerns Contact residents as needed Order Driver & Vehicle Cards from DOT & Update Vehicle Listings with DOT Keep Office & Bathroom Clean/Sweep or Vacuum Floors Update Vehicles with Fuel Location Information Prepare Vehicle Registrations/Make copies for all Vehicles Type and Post Town Road Notices and Notices for Employees Track State Renewals such as Municipality Dues & Inspection Station Form Maintain Town Phone lists and Employee Home & Cell Phone Lists Maintain Driveway Permits, Bond Releases and Dig Permits Notify Dig Safe of Upcoming Projects Maintain Files Update Road Lists Type Posted Road Closures, Flyers & Openings for Newspaper Liaison between Vendors, Residents & Public Works Director/Supervisor Other Duties as assigned Order Supplies as needed Maintain and Organize calendar for Public Works Director Page 2 Public Works, Transfer Station, Cemetery & Government Buildings Secretary Transfer Station Knowledge of Transfer Station Operations Update Operations & Closure Plan Binders for Transfer Station Match Invoices to PO's & Transfer Station Scale Receipts Track Transfer Station Deposits in Excel Track Scale Receipts for Transfer Station in Excel Spreadsheets Chart Scale Delivery Receipts in Excel Design & copy 3-part Transfer Station Rates Sheet for residents Research Information and Process Solid Waste Reports to the State Online Annually Order Annual Decals for Transfer Station Prepare Transfer Station Deposits for Town Office Check Expenditure Reports for Account Balances Set up Training & Certifications as needed for Transfer Station Employees with the State Online Order Supplies as needed Board of Cemetery Trustees Contact person for those requesting to purchase burial plots or those wishing to coordinate a burial Coordinate and assist in completion of Application for Right to Inter and Certificate of Right to Inter documents that are found on the Town's website.
These documents will still need to be signed in front of a notary and held by the Town of Milton Attend all cemetery trustee meetings and record minutes.
Minutes to be posted on the Town's website after approval by the majority of cemetery trustees Coordinate care of the cemeteries including but not limited to lawn mowing, refuse collection, ordering flowers and the coordination of placing flowers purchased, military recognition plaques and markers, American flag purchasing and placement Coordinate access to the cemeteries for burials Notify Cemetery Trustees of planned burials to witness said burial and to take measurements of location for the record.
Assist the Cemetery Trustee's to maintain the record keeping, update the website and maintain the online search database.
Liaison for residents, cemetery trustees, cemetery sexton, funeral directors and residents.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
