Job Description:
The Sales Support Specialist promotes and sells the company's products and services to established customers and new accounts.
The Sales Support Specialist fosters and maintains strong relationships with customers and helps understand and communicate their product needs.
This position is responsible for the use of close customer communication and design meetings that will translate into strong customer sales.

Must possess strong mathematical skills in order to accurately calculate product pricing proposals.
Responsibilities:
Develops pricing estimates that maintain our profitability and price competitiveness in the marketplace.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and developing potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, as well as preparing pricing quotes.
Responsible for preparing and making presentations, proposals and prototypes.
Maintain record of activities in the company's CRM system to keep track of client potential and also serve as a foundation for periodic progress reporting.
Travel required to visit existing and potential customers regarding design meetings, sales presentations and to perform VMI product counts when needed.
Collaborate with a broad spectrum of internal team members (including engineering, sales and production) in order to launch new product designs as well as monitor quality standards for existing customers.
Responsible for resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports if necessary; making recommendations to management.
Reviews manufacturing specification sheets when completed by Engineering.
Demonstrates general knowledge of Index Packaging products and services.
Responsible for determining solutions for customers and uses consultative sales approach.
Education/Licensing and/or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Possess a minimum of two years of experience with a custom packaging manufacturer.
Holds a valid driver's license.
Salary and Rank:
Salaried position-negotiable based on qualifications.
Profit incentive as assigned and reviewed annually.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
